Capt. George's Fishing Center is devoted to educating anglers in backcountry fishing here in Southwest Florida . As numbers of new anglers arrive with the population growth, also comes the need for knowledge of fishing our unique environment. Many are long time anglers used to fishing freshwater lakes and rivers, while others spent most of their days on oceans much different than our shallow flats. Plenty of new residents are quickly introduced to fishing altogether, realizing what great opportunities exist here. "How To" information, videos, and articles written by Capt.
